A taxi driver was grilled by police officers this afternoon after his car was boxed in by two cop cars - blocking a busy Scots street in the process.
The driver was seen speaking to several police officers, clad in hi-vis uniforms, on Govan Road, in Glasgow.
At least seven officers and three police vehicles were on the scene, just yards away from STV's offices, just after 4pm.
The driver's white saloon private hire vehicle was seen parked across a lane heading towards the Squinty Bridge, next to the Hydro.
A police car sat parked at one side of the vehicle, while a police van sat at the other side of the car, which had the logo of cab company Eastwood Mearns Taxis.
Motorists making their way towards Finnieston and Tradeston from Ibrox, Govan and Cessnock were affected.
Drivers were forced to wait until traffic passed and then drive on the opposite carriageway to pass by the roadblock.

Another taxi, a black people carrier, stopped and the driver got out and approached police while they were speaking to the first driver.
One motorist said: "It was really weird, I've never seen anything like that before. The taxi was parked at a right angle across the lane.
"I'm not sure how the car came to stop in the position it was in, but the driver was at the side of the road on the pavement.
"He was surrounded by cops, there was at least seven officers but there could have been as many as 10 of them.
"The other driver stopped and got out to speak to them as well. It wasn't clear what the issue was.
"We had to wait behind the vehicles because it was completely blocking the single lane on the way to Kinning Park and Tradeston from the Govan side.
"Once the cars on the other side had passed we were able to pass by driving on the opposite carriageway."
Police Scotland and Eastwood Mearns Taxis have been approached for comment on the incident.
