Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked in the street and robbed of his phone and wallet. The 44-year-old was targeted by two young men in Falkirk yesterday evening. They followed him before attaccking him and stealing his mobile and wallet. The incident took place between 6.50pm and 7pm in the town's Upper Newmarket Street, near the junction with Vicar Street.
