Celtic fans made no secret of their feelings towards new boss Wilfried Nancy as he broke his own record with tonight's defeat at Tannadice.

Nancy had been the first Celtic manager to lose his first three games in charge with losses to Hearts, Roma and St Mirren in the League Cup Final on Sunday.

And the loss in Dundee tonight meant he is now the only Celtic manager to lose his first four games in the Parkhead hotseat.

Many fans believe Martin O'Neill, who won seven of his eight games while in interim charge of the side following Brendan Rodgers' departure, should have been kept on.

Irate Hoops supporters sang for O'Neill during tonight's Premiership defeat to Dundee United - before telling the French boss what they wanted him to do.

Celtic had been ahead at the break courtesy of a Daizen Maeda goal. But Jim Goodwin's side hit back in the second half.

Two goals in three minutes, from Hungarian defender Krisztián Keresztes on 58 minutes, and Austrailian striker Zac Sapsford in the 61st minute, put United 2-1 ahead.

And two renditions of "Nancy, get to f***, Nancy, Nancy, get to f***" were sung loudly in the second half by the exasperated away fans.

The second came right at the death as jeers and boos rang out in the ground following the loss, which leaves Celtic. six points behind league leaders Hearts.

But the Hoops have a game in hand, having played the same number of games as third placed Rangers, but being three points ahead of their Glasgow rivals.
